When using a craft class template and the Override Class Prevailing Wage box is checked, Vista should use the Dedns/Liabs from the (new) Prevailing Wage Dedns/Liabs tab added to the craft master. This would enable easier updating of rates when the rates change instead of having to pull up each template individually.
