Prevent a change an AP invoice from not being completed properly - you must hit enter or tab after making the change.

Currently a change in the cost code (maybe in any field?) can be saved without hitting the tab or enter keys so the GL account is not updated properly.  If this is changed to give an error (or not allow saving the entry), reminding the keyer to complete the entry properly, then the GL will have the correct account.  Finding this kind of error is extremely difficult.
