Add a "Clear All" option in the CM Clear Entries Module

Instead of clicking for each individual line, we should be able to access a "Clear ALL" option if we know for sure we will be clearing all transactions. Will save some time as well.

  This feature does exist. There is an "Undo" button in the bottom left corner that will unclear any checked items.
