Allow AP Recurring Invoices to post to SM Work Orders

We have ongoing expenses for certain long term work orders that cannot be done via AP recurring.  We have to make the same entry every month.   Vista allows for everything but SM

  This seems pretty easy to do, isn't it the same logic that exists in APUI and AP Transaction Entry?
