Viewpoint should not timeout the users session while a batch is processing or payroll direct deposit print is running. It can take up to 30-35 minutes to finish and if your user session is set to 20 mins. Viewpoint kills the process and the direct deposit attachments are not completed.
To help customers with this recurrent problem, VP should design some sort of snapshot that a customer's IT professional can look at to determine why the DD Print is slow - what other operations are sucking down the resources and slowing down DD Print. Or, split out the DD Print process into different processes, to help alleviate the slowness.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
