Error list showing where a deduction code is not set up

An error message was received in PR Payroll Process that said "Dedn/liab code:606 not setup!  This gave no indication where it was not set up.  The Dedn/liab codes are used in so many forms that it required us looking at every form for every employee to determine what was lacking.  The error lists that you usually receive after validation are so great, something like that is needed here.
