Labor Rate Effective Date - Having more than one date available

We have projects that run over multiple years & have rates for management that change 1-1-xx & field that change 6-1-xx (with annual union renewal).  It would be a significant help when doing our billings to be able to setup all these rates at the beginning of a project.   We also use "views" to the billing labor rate tables to show amounts billed job to date using this effective date for both accounting & PM reports.   Since there is only one effective date our reports are inaccurate if there has been more than one rate change

  2 billing rates are available now.  Will explore addition of more billing rates.  Good idea for sure.
