In JB Progress Billing, it does not pull over the Items. I have to manually enter each item. It does not matter if it is the first bill or the 5th, I always have to pull them over. It does keep the previously billed amount. I feel like this should be something it just does.

In every version I've used (We only starting using Vista at 6.10), it has done this.
Are you running the interface called "PM Interface" after you've entered the contract items?
If that doesn't work, I 100% would lodge a support ticket in clear view.
