It will allow personnel reviewing whether employees have 8/day or 40 week - the hours by day are there but there's no "sub-total line" that would sum each employees "day" column and also the "Total " column which would allow them to see hours worked for the week are no totals to see easily how many hours someone worked each day, or each week from the "Total" column, right now they have to run a report to get that data which is time consuming
