There have to be more small companies like me that still want to do it by mail. This is our first year ending since Migrating from Maxwell and as we had no choice but to do it electronically we did a test with SS and of the 31 entries 30 errors were found. We had to contact Viewpoint support & found out that it is your software problem and have to wait for next download later today or tomorrow. We would not have had any problems at all if you just let us print a COPY A and filed it manually.
