When employees move from province to province their overtime rules change, which requires them to be in different PR Groups (due to PR groups defining maximum hours in a week and functioning with overtime rules).
Currently when running the RoE it only counts data from the Pay Group that the employee is currently in.
This results in the RoE to be missing information. As the requirement to provide a complete RoE is legislated this should be the functionality of the application.
The RoE report/process should be changed to pull all pay groups, previous or current, on the report.
In my opinion, having an RoE report that actually pulls the employee's full "RoE" shouldn't be a suggestion, it should already be provided functionality...as it stands it would be hard to say that "The RoE works properly" even though the development team views it as "Working as designed".
