Be able to enter an AP invoice or perform a Prior Month Check Reversal without reopening a closed PO

One of our operating companies is requesting the ability to enter an invoice or void a payment without having to reopen a closed PO.  They state it is time consuming to have to contact the Purchasing department to reopen it, wait for the entry or Void to be processed then reclose the PO.  They state this process is causing unnecessary additional steps to the process.
