First, I see I can initialize HR ACA Coverage but I can only do it for series 1 codes. All 1095-C's have to have both for the employee. It would be great to be able to initialize the series 2 codes as well. It takes a long time to go and enter those on every employee. It kind of make being able to do the first code pointless.
Second, on the ACA History Tab in HR Resource Master, I cannot use an activity date and expiration date that has two different years on the same line. If I do, Section II & III of the 1095-C will not populate.
Third, same issue with filling in expiration dates for children dependents. When I add the expiration date for an employee's dependent, the system automatically adds it to the ACA Coverage History tab for that dependent. If there are any expiration dates in that form, Section III will not populate on the form. Dependents coverage is cancelled automatically when they turn 25. So it would be helpful to keep those date in the form.
Last, please add parameter to print by employee number. It prints by last name order only.
