During PR input, the SM Cost Type should not have to be input. SM should function like JC, if it is payroll it is a labor cost type.

The SM Cost Type is not a required field during payroll time entry.  If it is not input, your SM Work Completed Lines shows no Cost Type and will not allow for input at that point; therefore your invoices will not display by Cost Types correctly.   Payroll does not have to input a cost type for JC so make SM function in the same manner.
