Ability to split PAYG / ETP Summary Processing by PR Group

We would like the ability to split PAYG Summary/ETP processing by PR Group in order to have multiple parties being able to process at EOFY. e.g. Executive Payroll processed by a separate person and the remainder of staff by another due to restricted permissions granted to process/view exec staff.
