Any address changes done in HR and PR don't automatically update the ACA reporting employee address records. Why not? We only initialize the ACA records once at the beginning of the year. Our work force has a very-high turnover, about 80%, per year. I shouldn't need to constantly initialize our records to update the address changes. The initialization process undoes any specific changes in the PR modules. With our high turnover, many employees need to be individually coded as they may be employed/not-employed more than one time in a calendar year. Address updates are a very basic thing. Please do the updates globally without having to initialize the records. We have over 200 employees during a calendar year. Not a good thing when the W2 addresses are different from the 1095C addresses! Double the work to update address changes!
