It would just be faster to go to their master file, follow the row for the deduction and have a field that keeps a running total. Then you could easily see which ones have been paid in full, partially paid, or not started yet. This was a question concerning garnishments. I have employees with 3 or more set up in their master file.

It would be much quicker to lookup garnishments in the employee's master file and be able to see the "paid to date" amount rather than having to run and preview a separate report to check on each one.
