We do many jobs per year and many of our foremen charge their time to various job/phase code combinations. It would be great to be able to attach a vehicle (like a pickup) to an employee so that everywhere that employee was charged, so too would the equipment and therefore generate utilization revenue for the equipment with the cost to the job(s) that the foremen's time was charged to. Doing it as a burden won't work because need to generate the revenue to the equipment.
Actually really surprised this isn't already in the software - perhaps I'm missing something. If no, very surprised no one has suggested before.

Manually, yes. It'd be nice to have an 'Automatic' way so whenever a user logs time, the same amount of hours is also charged by the EQCODE to the job, on the same day.
This does exist unless I'm misunderstanding your question.
You can do it in PR Timecard Entry. You have to enter the equipment code. If you can't see the equipment fields, in PR Timecard Entry -> Options -> Customise Grids then enable the equipment related fields.
You can also have it automatically charge a set amount to a job each week/month by using EM Auto Usage
