Our employees receive their pay stubs via email and utilize various types of devices to login to their accounts. Since we started this process individuals so far that have issues opening the attachment are Apple devices and Kindle. I understand the Kindle is android based, and that may be something the employee will need to do on their side, but the Apple versus Android is the bigger issue. Employees with Apple devices are having to find a work around; is there a way to fix this?

I'm not sure why they don't recommend "Everyone use the official Adobe Acrobat app on iOS and Android", then make sure that their password protected PDFs are usable by that one app, and be done with it.
This is an ongoing bug that they say they have fixed 3 or so major releases ago. It's due to the password protection saying the password is wrong.
They seem to have let it slide as nothing has been done on it since then, and I've re-reported it as a bug, and they've left the feature in without even a note that people on iOS will have difficulties opening it.
