Can HR Set Up the Project Managers , all of their pertinent information then have that map to Job Cost PM Menu

When a new job is announced, Accounting has to set up all info associated with that job. Part of the set up is assigning it to a Project Manager. The New Job Module asks for the PM. If Human resources has set up all PM's and employees, they could be mapped to the drop down in the new job set up, rather than accounting having to gather the PM employee number, cell phone number etc.
