We run payroll out of company 1. In order to get the liabilities associated for time charged to company 30 jobs (Employer payroll taxes and workers compensation) to hit company 30's GL we set-up the liability types in the JC Liability template for Employer Payroll taxes and Workers Comp and then created GL overrides for the liabilities in the JC Dept Master within company 30. This appropriately moves the GL from company 1 to company 30; HOWEVER now it is posting the ER Payroll taxes and workers compensation to the cost type on the job. Question: Is there a way to get the JE to still post in a different company (including the liabilities for time worked on a job) WITHOUT the liabilities hitting the job?
