AR Inventory Entry

In many cases such as concrete sales we need the ability to make an invoice with multiple lines that would deplete inventory. It also would be a lot quicker that creating multiple MS tickets, processing and posting those tickets then initializing those tickets to an MS Invoice and processing and posting that invoice.
