Viewpoint currently offers addon earnings that works like how we want this suggestion to work, the main change would be to make the addon earning applicable to the shift, not just the job.
We would like to pay our employees a percentage increase (e.g. 5%) to the their hourly rate for working a night shift. This increase should also increase the Davis Bacon wage rate by 5% if they are working on a prevailing wage job at night. We would like to add a % increase because the effective rate increase to each employee is the same. If we use a flat amount the effective rate increase for some employees will be higher than others.
