JB Bill Initialization uses cut-off dates that are actual dates. This is horrible. Any accountant knows you should use posted dates.

Actual date for a vendor invoice is the invoice date.  If you should ever have to do one or two drafts of a T&M days apart, any invoice posted during that time which has an invoice date prior to the creation of the 1st T&M will be included in the new draft.  This is a nightmare because any such invoices need to be deleted one by one in Bill Edit.
