This additional option would be useful for anyone who prints checks. For example, when a vendor needs everything aged over 60 days paid, we currently have to either scan over the aging to find the latest date in the "over 60" column, or count back on a calendar. I believe this could be done more efficiently by adding a drop down option in the "Cutoff Date" section in the AP Payment Workfile module that would include options of "Over 30," "Over 45," etc. If this change was implemented, we could more easily access the aged invoices that require payment.
