Construction companies are finding it hard to get employees to work night shifts. We have had to start paying a "premium" for the night hours. There is no easy way to have the payroll module calculate this currently. We heed to pay an incremental increase for time entries using certain "Shift" codes.

I agree. We need to be able to set up an earning code to pay night shift without using the Craft/Class.
