Would be helpful to know who needs additional training, etc.to see who deleted or made changes to a timecard in PR TImecard entry.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Additionally, when using Keystyle, there is no record of timecard information as originally submitted by the employee. We have been generating timecard reports**, after the fact, for auditors and if changes were made in Vista during payroll processing, it appears as if the information was entered into and submitted through Keystyle. **The report spoken of is generated from the Timecard Dashboard when clicking on an employee in a prior pay period. We had understood this information to be the 'as submitted' information, but it is pulling directly from the live Vista payroll tables. Due to the lack of an audit trail, we are unable to provide this information to our external auditors.
This is in our opinion a critical feature. When the employee disputes their time there is no record to support either side of the story, the employee could also screenshot their timesheet then delete the entries and say someone else did it and management cannot dispute it. There is also the possibly of the reviewer with a grudge against an employee claiming they are not deleting entries when they in fact are. Even in the case of honest mistakes there is no audit trail to prove anything to be correct. See also idea VACCTG-I-742
Especially for those who are using Keystyle to have employees enter time. Employees, multiple supervisors and payroll all have access to the same batch where they can make changes. It would be extremely helpful to be able to track those changes if needed rather than trying to guess who did what. Especially if it comes to an employee dispute.
