Allow JC Fixed Rate Template to also calculate from Earnings Code, to allow for allocating OT rate.

Using the JC Fixed Rate Template is great for allocating hourly job costs by Craft/Class.  However, only one Earning Code can be used, so OT rates are allocated back at the same rate as straight time.

  You can add another line to the JC Fixed Rate Template > Rate Template Detail tab with the Earn Factor of 1.5 and enter the rate for OT. Let me know if you would like for me to show you.
