This is a very good idea and long, long overdue. Please, Please maximize its potential and take the next step and give us the ability to EASILY attach other documents such as Viewpoint reports and third party reports. Additionally, please look at doing the same in A/P for electronic payments. We want to help out our subs and ourselves and let them know exactly what we are paying them for by attaching or sending the subcontract pay voucher electronically as well. We do this with a paper check and want to do the same with and electronic payment in one nice neat package not two separate e-mails where they can get separated.
