Add EM Job Templates as a tab on JC Job Master or parameter to allow automatic setup

Would like to see the EM Job Templates as a tab on JC Job Master so that setting up jobs for equipment entry is a part of the set-up process.  Would be better if there was a place in parameters to have them set-up automatically when new jobs are added to JCJM.
