Yes...this is correct, but we need it to be a 12 character alphanumeric field. Our bank account number is 12 digits and most larger banks have exhausted their 10 digit accounts. And we cant use tax ID number because that is linked to multiple accounts with that same bank. Not sure how your other clients move forward with EFT when their bank account is larger than 10 digits?
ACH defines Immediate Origin as a 10 character alphanumeric field - see https://www.regions.com/virtualdocuments/NACHA_File_Layout_Guide.pdf
