There are many columns that i dont need to see compared to other users and would make it easier to scroll through without having to scroll through columns i dont need. so if I could hide certain columns for myself it would make it easier.

This is an existing feature - from any field on the form or grid, use a right mouse click or press F3 to access Field Properties. Show/hide attributes are available for both the grid and form.
