AP Payments - Changing EFT to Check and Check to EFT with out deleting out of payment posting batch and bringing into work file changing and deleting work file and then brining it back into the payment batch.

This would save a lot of time and extra steps to change EFT to Check or Check to EFT when the accountants don't change it prior to turning in for payment and when we set up a new vendor and post an invoice then they are set up for EFT after the invoice has posted and before they are paid, this happens a lot when different people have control on the EFT set up and Vendor set up
