We need a report that we can print separate from the regular check register. Currently we give the owner printed checks to sign, along with the Direct Deposit Pay Stubs. He does like to see everything. We are pushing more and more to go paperless, so we are going to try the email paystub option. However, we would not want to waste paper and print the stubs just so the owner has something to look at. It will be more cost efficient to print a simple report for him. I think it should show Employee, hours and wage information only. This is really all he is interested in. The report should also list at least 25 or more employees on one page. There is no need to have more than one line item per employee. Select by week ending date, group and payment method. Sort by employee, job, etc.
