Enable to push a payment batch to the following period, as you can in the JB Progress Billing module.

Sometimes my AP department will set up a payment batch close to the end of the month.  If I don't have time to cut checks, they always have to go in and delete the entire batch and start from the beginning in the new period.  Lots of time is wasted because of this.

  This happens to us when we are paying by EFT and there is a holiday or a weekend near the month end. Pushing it to the following month would be helpful.
