6.13 JB Copy Associated Attachments not working

90%+ of our volume is cost + and we are required to send a copy of every cost invoice along with our billing to the owner.  The Copy Associated Attachments feature was a huge selling point to us when purchasing the software and this feature is not working in 6.13.  We upgraded to 6.13 on 11/02/16 and our billings are due to our owners on 11/10/16.  We really need to have this fixed.

  A fix to rollback the problem introduced in 6.13 was released in 6.13.01. Additional changes and performance improvements have been coded and tested - will be included with 6.14 (NS#64740)

  This is identified as a defect (not an enhancement suggestion) and is being planned for resolution.
