We generate hauler reports from MS Programs to go along with the entries pushed over to be paid in Accounts Payable. Once the entries are pushed over, we have to manually go in and add the reports to the entries in AP. It would be easier for the AP clerk(s) to have them automatically attached as opposed to having to have the billing clerk(s) generate the reports that correspond with the entries and send them over. Once received, the reports are manually attached to the entries one by one.
