Best way I have found to handle a rate change is to make (2) Week ending dates by splitting the week using the last day of the month and use the same week ending date you would normally use for the other. for example rate changes on 6/1/18 WE date 5/31/18 & WE 6/3/18. Your check date can be the same day for both which will be in June and updated in June. Run WE 5/31/18 first and then WE 6/3/18. You will have to upload (2) files for each Group to the bank and/or run (2) separate check runs. Using this method you have a perfect WE date for your report in May. This way works till they can reprogram.
