Tax is calculated through the system and should not have the ability to be overwritten the modify the percent taken. This would ensure that sales tax would always be appropriately handled because it is driven through the system rather than ability for human error. It would be nice to have the ability to choose whether we allow accounts payable specialist to override or not.

The over ride tax function needs to stay the same. Vendors either calculate either a penny over or under what Vista estimates.
