HR Resource Dependents - setup once rather than twice to assign benefits

We have to report dependents for ACA reporting as we are self-insured.  Dependents must first be set up in HR Resource Dependents and then set up in HR Resource Benefits to assign the actual benefit to the dependent.  Need a way to select the benefits as the dependents are initially added.
