Option to send payroll EFT emails by CM Ref, not just pay sequence

If I have to process multiple EFT batches under one pay sequence, I have to send the EFT notifications individually or they will be sent to all employees in that pay sequence again.  For example, I am asked to create bonuses for two people, so I process them  under sequence 2, and send the notifications by selecting the pay sequence. Later, I get a request for bonuses for five more people that will also be processed under sequence 2, I have to select "notify employee" for each of those five people, individually, or notifications will be sent to the first two employees again. If I could notify by CM ref, I could avoid having to send them all individually.
