In the Certified Payroll under the Projects there should be another check mark "FINAL" with a date so that this project stops showing up on Certified Payroll Reports as active. But stills allows the project to show in Accounts Receivables as active.

In the projects sections it has an inactive/active check box. But not sure if this would affect accounts receivables on unpaid projects. It would be nice just to have in the certified payroll section of the project a check box for final certified payroll and a date it was final. This way it does not affect accounts receivables or payables or estimating, etc... This should also be shown on the Certified Payroll Reports.
