I need to report on employee turnover and there is no report in Viewpoint to accommodate this. Creating a report shouldn't be difficult as turnover is calculated by the number of employees separated within the month divided by the average number of employees in the month multiplied by 100. I have 7 different payroll companies and trying to dig through each one for the data I need is not easy at all. I'm sure many HR Departments would find this extremely useful.
