This report shows all date type compliance codes as No for Complied, regardless of whether the date is in the future or expired. These are used primarily for tracking insurance expiration, and it is inaccurate to see future dates listed as not complied.
Ideally, the Complied column would recognize a future/past date, and indicate complied or not complied based on that. If that is not possible, eliminate the complied status entirely on the report for any date type codes.
