T&M BILLING BASIS

FIX 6-18 VERSION.  ISSUE #60481.  THE BASIS AFTER THE UPDATE NO LONGER SHOWS THE COST AMOUNT... THE BASIS IS NOW COST PLUS  MARKUP.  THE BASIS AND THE TOTAL ARE THE SAME.  THIS DOES NOT REFLECT ACTUAL NUMBERS SINCE THE BASIS SHOULD BE THE COST AMOUNT NOT COST PLUS MARKUP.   RECONCILIATION IS NO LONGER AN OPTION FOR THIS SINCE IT IS NOT REFLECTING ACCURATE NUMBERS IN THE BASIS COLUMN.  PLEASE CHANGE BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS BEFORE THE UPDATE.  I USE THIS EVERYDAY AND NOW THIS CHANGE HAS MADE BALANCING A DIFFICULT PROCESS.
