Restricting GL subledger codes to only one category is very limiting and does not allow full use of the subledger code system to enforce compliance with proper GL account use. For example, payroll being posted to jobs are required to have a null subledger code, whereas it would make sense to restrict those GL accounts to the job and payroll modules. Even better, it would be beneficial to allow OR/AND criteria on multiple codes (e.g. "Job AND PR" would only allow payroll posted to a job).

I believe this is a must have for future releases. If you have certain GL accounts designated for Equipment Repairs, the cost may come from Payroll or AP not just one of module.
