The system currently allows a user to reassign an AP Payment Workfile belonging to another user but does not have the ability for a user to assign their Workfile to another user. This would be helpful when users have created a Workfile and know they will be out to assign to another or if the Workfile is reviewed by a user.

Use the Tasks menu item in AP Payment Workfile to take ownership of another user's workfile, allowing you to edit and control it for payment posting. The AP Reassign Workfile form can be separately secured to limit access.
