We have many write offs each month for our cash and check sale customers due to +/- payments for small amounts (.01, .02, .03, -.01,-.02, -.03). Sometimes 40+ to do. We use one customer # for check customers and one customer # for cash customers. The AR Auto Write Off function allows bulk write offs when using the filters for Customer #, Invoice Range, and less than amount, however it does not allow you to specify a greater than amount, only a less than amount. A check customer will often times over pay and there be a credit for -$100, -$200, etc.. which is used at a later date. Can you please add a greater than option to enter so you can put in write off amounts of less than .03 and greater than -.03, etc. ?? Currently it will write off the -$100 or -$200 credits since you can only put in a less than amount.
