I like the Clearview portal site. Every time I want to submit a suggestion, i have troubles finding the suggestion box, it is not front and center anywhere. I'll spend a couple of minutes looking for it, but then i cannot find it, so i leave. The main issue i have with it is that the suggestion box is buried under Products and then the product name.
I have two ideas for addressing this.
1. Put a big fat icon in the middle of the screen alongside the current 7 icons (Knowledge Base, Viewpoint Learning Center, Chat, Request Support, Product Downloads, System Status..., New User Resources).
2. Add another menu item under Learning & Support that reads "Suggestion Box" and then have the 4 different product applications roll out under that option. You can leave the current 4 suggestion boxes under the product names, so there will be multiple links to the suggestion box.

I use the "Suggestion Box" from the Vista program, top right corner. Yet after chatting with support and getting a "add that as a suggestion" response, it would seem that a link to this suggestion area would be a good thing to add to the Clearview portal.
