Allow deductions & liabilities to be calculated on other sequences, likely by flag in PR Pay Period Control. This need arises when an employee has failed to get his time entered for a week - we like to have the previous week on a separate sequence, to show that he is really getting his time. It is cumbersome to uncheck the box in all D/L, process that check, re-check all the boxes, then not re-process that pay sequence in the course of normal payroll processing.
